Direct Line offers special discount for car insurance

Monday, 16 January 2012 05:15

Anyone on the lookout for car insurance in the near future might want to consider Direct Line, as the company has a special offer that could save customers plenty of money.

Until February 29th 2012, there is 20 per cent off all policies, as well as the chance to pay monthly without being charged interest.

Furthermore, any quotes given are valid for 90 days, so people whose car insurance is due for renewal after the offer period can still benefit from the generous discount.

Direct Line is not on price comparison websites, but anyone who is interested in taking up the deal can do so over the phone or via the company's own website.

Established in 1985, Direct Line was the first insurance company in the UK to perform the majority of its communications over the phone.

It recently joined forces with charity Brake to encourage the government to bring in measures to stop people driving under the influence of drugs.
