Citizens Advice Bureau
The Citizens Advice service is designed to help consumers settle legal, monetary, and other problems, using free information and advice from its 3,200 centres (bureaux) nationwide.
Both Citizens Advice and each Citizens Advice Bureau are registered charities, run by volunteers. All advice delivered is free, confidential and independent, and available face to face as well as over the phone or online.
Citizens Advice Bureaux help in key areas such as resolving debts, benefits, housing, legal, discrimination, employment, immigration, consumer and other problems. It is available to everyone regardless of race, gender, sexuality, age, nationality, disability or religion.
