Fortis and American Express have announced a new five-year strategic partnership.
The aim of the alliance is to deliver fully-branded motor and household insurance products to latter’s UK customer base.
Companies across Fortis will also accept the American Express card as part of the agreement.
Andy Watson, managing director of retail at the former, noted: “This new partnership complements our multi-channel distribution strategy at a very exciting time for Fortis.”
Via its panel of insurers, Fortis hopes to offer maximised quote coverage and competitiveness for American Express card holders, as well as offering motor and home products to them later in the year.
