Adrian Flux offers musician car insurance

Wednesday, 01 April 2009 12:00

Adrian Flux has introduced a version of its car insurance that does not penalise the policyholder for being a musicians.

The company has claimed musicians can save up to 30 per cent on a typical premium.

Gerry Bucke, commercial director at Adrian Flux, said: “It’s perfectly possible to give affordable cover for almost any type of musician – even ageing rockers. And at the same price as that for bank managers, librarians and accountants.”

“If the insurance turns out to be tricky, it shouldn’t be the musician’s occupation that’s the problem, but their ‘track record’, so to speak.”
