A reader from Ipswich has been driving accident-free for four years. Now he wants proof of his no-claims discount.

I had an accident four years ago. How can I get proof of my no claims bonus since then?

This should be simple. You will be able to get your no claims proof in writing from your motor insurance company by just asking them.
